A message on the psychic paper draws the Doctor to a hospital with a rather unusual patient. How could this average teenage girl have psychic powers, what is the carnival fortune teller hiding behind his desk and what is the connection between the two? It'll take the Doctor to find out but will he uncover more than he can handle?
